He would make a great step up horse for a handy high school or Jr rodeo kid or just a super solid nice horse. He’s great to haul and nice to be around. Requires minimal maintenance. Cat has been very well taken care of his whole life and has not had his legs ran off. He would be best suited for a confident rider.
