The user must ensure that all details submitted meet these standards. Users understand that any updates or revisions to the information provided after submission may incur additional update charges.

3.4 All recurring listing fees are non-refundable.

3.5 All listings and advertisements promoted through our channels must have an active listing.

3.6 The Premier Horse does not guarantee that posts or promotions will be published or remain active, as these services are dependent on third-party platforms over which we have no control.
