At The Premier Horse, we are committed to providing clear and transparent guidelines regarding refunds. Below, you will find detailed information on when you may be eligible for a refund and how to proceed should you require assistance or wish to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Pre-Service Cancellation: If you have purchased a listing but choose not to proceed, you may request a refund as long as the services associated with your listing have not yet been approved and initiated by our production manager. Please note that once any service related to your listing package has begun, refunds will no longer be available.

Horse Sold Prior to Service Initiation: Should your horse sell before the listing and/or advertisement has been approved and started by our production manager, you are entitled to a refund. Please note that once any service related to your listing package has begun, refunds will no longer be available

Inability to Provide Required Materials: If you are unable to supply the necessary materials (e.g., pictures, videos) for a listing or advertisement that has been placed on hold, you may request a refund.

Posting Error Due to Internal System Malfunction or Human Error: If your advertisement fails to post on The Premier Horse social media platforms due to an internal technical issue or human error, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note: The Premier Horse is not responsible for any disruptions, changes, removals, or posting failures caused by third-party platforms. These are third-party platforms, and we have no control over their policies or technical limitations.

Please Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions Where Refunds May Not Be Approved

Refund requests may be declined under the following conditions:

Service Initiation: Once the services associated with your listing or your advertisement have been approved and started by our production manager, refunds are no longer available.

Incorrect or Outdated Information: If the listing and/or advertisement contains incorrect or outdated information due to errors in the listing form submitted, a refund may not be approved.

Auto-Renewal Services: Listings are automatically renewed every 30 days from the original purchase date. Once a renewal has been initiated or processed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Post-Renewal Cancellation: If a cancellation or sold request is submitted after or in response to the listing renewal notice it is ineligible for a refund.

Services Rendered as Described: If the advertisement, monthly promotion, or listing is provided as described, no refund will be issued.
