Chanel is the sweetest and most honest mare I’ve owned. Bought her as a two year old, started and finished by Molly Otto. She knows her job. Just need to ride and stay out of her way. I never do slow work just keep her legged up and ditch ride. I Lasix as preventative and started injecting hocks this year. Can run with shoes or barefoot. Easy keeper, no bad habits/doesn’t act like a typical mare. I honestly have nothing bad to say about her. Lots of results I can share: Smaller jackpots we run usually 1D. Bigger shows 2D/3D depending on how I ride. I'm selling due to me just wanting a bigger mare. I feel I ride over aggressively for her style and she needs someone more calm and to let her work. I would trust any youth on her also. I haven’t exactly measured her but around 14hands. I will be picky about where she goes as she is my “baby”.
