Chevelle is an extremely gorgeous golden palomino mare with platinum blonde mane and tail. Shes about 15.3 and race built. This is a super soft mare, I’ve ran her in an O ring, hackamore or short shank bit. She was started and trained by Wylene Wilson (wenda Johnson’s sister) and has 1D placings/wins in Oklahoma during that time. Shes been on the back burner ever since as we focused on the studs and babies coming up. I ran her a few times last winter including a 3 day race and she handles hauling, stalling and all weekend runs fine. I left for the summer and now I have her in Tx. Shes been in the 2D everywhere I’ve taken her so far and snuck into the 1d couple weeks ago. She just needs more of it and confidence. I don’t exhibition, work during the week and go run. Normal maintenance & lasix as a preventative. Also has a good pole pattern!
